Women centres, support services, and counsellors can provide guidance in a confidential and safe way.
5. Think About Your Safety
If it feels right, you can start by considering small steps:
- A safe place you can go too.
- Keeping important items accessible and ready.
- Who can you call if you need support?
Take the steps that make you feel safe and that are manageable for you at this time.
